Have purchased several pieces in the past but have purchased while in Seside.
I wanted to purchase three items for wedding gifts ordered online. After I made the purchase I realized I left a necklace off so I called customer service.... horrible.
I called 4 different times, the wait time to get answered was 15 -18 minutes and the last time I called, after waiting 15 minutes, I was disconnected without being answered....
The reason I had to keep calling back was, the girl told me she was having computer issues and would call me back, I never received a call back.
I finally called the store and received 1st class customer care.
