The reason I have chosen 2 stars is due to the fact that this product was only chosen as a backup. I wanted the song dynasty black Tahitian pearl variation of this. However despite multiple calls to support and even an "escalation to the lead developer", I was never able to successfully add the preferred option to my shopping cart.

Overall the quality and shipping times were excellent, however given the scenario my experience was not as well as it could have been.
