Wendy Mignot South Sea Gold Single Pearl and Leather Bracelet

I have tried multiple times and multiple ways to contact you regarding this sub-bar bracelet. I have several of Wendy's pieces, and never have I seen a pearl unsatisfactory as this. Please help me. I would like to exchange it, but it appears all I can do is return it. Can you help me? Thank you!
