How do I exchange or return an item?

Is it possible to return or exchange my Wendy Mignot, Fine Pearls + LeatherĀ® Jewelry? May I have a refund?

Your satisfaction is our priority, we gladly accept return merchandise purchased from WendyMignot.com for exchange or store credit. Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you may return that item within 14 days of delivery. (*A grace period of 14 days from 12/25/2023 applies to orders dating from 11/01/2023-12/25/2023)The funds from your original order will be transferred to an e-Gift Card for use at WendyMignot.com or you will be sent your desired size, as available. e-Gift Cards do not expire and are available for use at anytime while a balance is available. WendyMignot.com LLC does not offer refunds. Only WendyMignot.com store credit in the form of an e-Gift Card delivered via email is available at this time.

To be eligible for a size exchange or store credit ( e-Gift Card), your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it including the original packaging, a copy of the Order Confirmation and a completed RMA Form.

Our return policy may have limited exclusions. All such exceptions will be clearly indicated as FINAL SALE. These items are not eligible for return credit.

Please include your receipt or proof of purchase (Order Confirmation) with your merchandise, original packaging and a completed RMA Form.

You may choose your shipping method and you are responsible for shipping costs for your returned item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not provide return shipping labels. We strongly advise that you secure a trackable shipping service &/or purchasing shipping insurance especially for items of high value. WendyMignot.com is not responsible for items lost in transit.

After we have received your returned item(s), please allow 7-14 days to process your return. WendyMignot.com LLC does not offer refunds.

Order Cancellations:

Online orders are processed immediately and may not be cancelled. To exchange an item after you have received it, please follow the exchange instructions above.

We reserve the right to deny returns/credits, or to impose different or additional conditions, should the instructions not be followed.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND SIZE EXCHANGE REQUESTS TO THE ADDRESS FROM YOUR ORIGINAL SHIPMENT LABEL TO MICHIGAN. Our warehouse in Michigan is NOT able to process exchange requests.
