Is it possible to return or exchange my Wendy Mignot, Fine Pearls + Leather® Jewelry?

We gladly accept merchandise exchange for the same item in exchange for an alternative standard length/size option as you request. Only items purchased through the eBoutique are accepted for exchange, if returned in the original packaging in new, unused/unworn condition within 14 days from date of purchase, accompanied by the original sales receipt. Please Note: Exchange exceptions are offered for One of a kind, One size only designs (such as Boz Collection Designs) and Limited Edition designs due to limited availability and rarity of these unique designs. In such instances, we are happy to offer an exchange in an alternative design of equal or greater value. At your request, we can also issue an eBoutique store credit for future use at ONLY.

Please follow the exchange instructions indicated below:

1. Download Exchange Request Form
2. Print Exchange Request Form and complete all information
3. Securely pack your item and enclose your completed Exchange Request Form and order receipt
4. Take your package to your selected mail carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS). Customer is responsible for the cost of shipment. You are strongly advised to secure insurance and tracking for your shipment.

Our warehouse in Michigan is NOT able to process exchange requests. All size exchanges MUST be sent to the Corporate Address, Exchange Division.

Exchanges are processed weekly. You will not receive confirmation of your exchange merchandise arrival to our facility. While every effort will be made to send your size exchange back promptly, due to fluctuating stock availability, please be informed that exchange returns may take 2-4 weeks. Upon processing, your exchange will be sent back via 3-5 days via ground shipment to the address you provided on the Exchange Request Form. If for any reason your exchange request cannot be met, you will be contacted directly.
