Question:
Is it possible to exchange my necklace, bracelet, earrings, anklet? May I have a refund?
Answer:
Given the nature of our product, we do not offer refunds. Your satisfaction is our priority, we gladly accept return merchandise purchased from WendyMignot.com for store credit. Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you may return that item within 14 days of delivery. The funds from your original order will be transferred to an e-Gift Card for use at WendyMignot.com. e-Gift Cards do not expire and are available for use at anytime while a balance is available.

To be eligible for a store credit (e-Gift Card), your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it including the original packaging, a copy of the Order Confirmation and a completed RMA Form.

Our return policy may have limited exclusions. All such exceptions will be clearly indicated as FINAL SALE. These items are not eligible for return credit.

Question:
May I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Answer:
We pride ourselves in providing expeditious order fulfillment. In fact, the moment an order is placed a rapid, integrated order processing system begins. Therefore it is not possible to cancel, stop, or change an order once the order has been placed. Please carefully review the item(s) and size(s) selected in your shopping cart and the delivery address, shipping method and email address provided before completing your order. Online orders are processed immediately and cannot be cancelled. To exchange an item after you received it, please follow the exchange instructions above to receive an e-Gift Card for your order in error.

Question:
I just placed an overnight order. Is it guaranteed the next day? When will my order arrive? Where is my tracking information?
Answer:
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an automatic order confirmation and shipping notification to the email address that you provided during checkout. Please ensure that you have provided an accurate email address and be sure to check your SPAM/junk folder in the event you did not receive your order or shipping notifications. Orders may be placed with overnight or expedited shipping; a physical mailing address is required, PO boxes will be non-deliverable per shipping policy/regulations. Normally all orders placed before 11:30 am Eastern Standard Time (Monday through Friday) will process the same day. Orders placed after 11:30 am and orders placed on Saturday & Sunday regardless of shipping method selected will be processed the next business day. Saturday and Sunday delivery is not available, regardless of shipping method selected. The warehouse is closed on the holidays below. Orders placed on these specific days will process the next business day.

Question:
I received my selected design but there are some marks and/or dents on the pearls and the color is different from what I expected. Is there something wrong with the pearls? Are these real pearls?
Answer:
As Wendy says, “Each piece is perfectly imperfect and thereby unique”. Yes! They are real pearls. As a member of the Cultured Pearl Association of America and the American Gem Trade Association, Wendy Mignot hand-selects only genuine Freshwater, Black Tahitian, South Sea White, South Sea Gold cultured pearls. The pearls are never dyed which is why there will be color variation. The pearls are not made uniformly in a factory setting nor are they fabricated from artificial materials. The marks are not “flaws” or “defects” and indeed should be expected, in fact, these unique attributes provides desired character to the naturally occurring, hand-made designs. Product photos displayed provide a general view for reference and likeness to a design. The photos shown are reflective of a given design but is not intended to represent the actual product you will receive. Variation in attributes such as pearl shape, color, size should be expected. Question:
I require assistance to determine the correct size for my jewelry selection. How is the jewelry measured and sized?
Answer:
Wendy Mignot, Fine Pearls + Leather® Jewelry is handmade. Due to the nature of hand fabrication, all sizes/lengths should be considered approximate. As general reference and for a visual image for styling, see Pearl Info + Care Guide>Necklace & Bracelet Size Reference Guide. Regarding measurement, designs are measured from the knot at the loop closure to the finished end of the closure pearl. The designs are NOT measured linearly, end-to-end. Generally for bracelets, size selection should be ¼ to ½ inch greater than the actual wrist measurement. Another factor to consider is the millimeter pearl size and the number of pearls on a given design as this will impact the overall circumference and available wrist space, therefore, allowance for a longer length should be factored in due to this variable. The larger the pearls and/or the more pearls will make the bracelet size smaller than the actual measured length. With these types of designs, we suggest increasing the bracelet size by 1/2". Note that all designs over time with wear will stretch slightly and elongate, but minimally. Ultimately, size selection is at the discretion of the individual and is a matter of personal style and comfort. Question:
I received my design but the leather color is lighter than expected. Why is the leather color so light?
Answer:
The natural, hand-cut and hand-rolled leather will arrive as a natural, brown-caramel color. With time, wear and exposure to water and the sun, the leather will darken to a rich brown color. Question:
I am purchasing a gift. Do you offer special gift-wrapping options?
Answer:
While we do not offer special gift-wrapping services, the presentation of our packaging is nicely suited and very appropriate for gift giving occasions. We are not able to include gift notes at this time. Please note that a sales receipt is not included in the package, since the receipt is sent via email to the purchaser.

What comes with my purchase?
Answer:
With each WendyMignot.com eBoutique purchase the jewelry will arrive in a Wendy Mignot trademarked box along with a silver pouch. Your jewelry will be paired with a Wendy Mignot, Fine Pearls + Leather® Jewelry Certificate of Authenticity and Jewelry Care Instructions. Your order will also include a complimentary mini-tub of Nature’s Shea Butter for leather conditioning.

Question:
I am in need of more Shea butter. Is it possible to order more from WendyMignot.com?
Answer:
We are glad that you are using Shea butter to condition your Fine Pearls + Leather® Jewelry. The WendyMignot.com eBoutique does not offer Shea butter for purchase but it can be found at various retail stores such as Target, Walgreens, Sephora to name a few. There is a wide array of convenient online sources too. There are many brands of Shea butter available; we recommend 100% pure Shea butter. A brand that we especially love is L’Occitance en Provence.

Do you ship to International locations?
Answer:
Presently we offer several flat rate shipping options within the United States of America (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and to the following international locations: France, Spain, Great Britain, Japan, Canada, Mexico.
Special Information: International Orders:
USPS Priority Mail International (United States Postal Service) is the official mail carrier for international orders. Tracking information is provided by USPS and will be sent via email. Delivery time to the customs office is typically 6-10 business days. A telephone number is required for International orders. The customer is responsible for paying all duties and taxes on their shipment prior to delivery. Once an order has shipped and tracking information has been sent via email to the customer, the order is thereby not secured by WendyMignot.com and Customer Care Associates will not be able to provide assistance with the order. It will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser to track their shipment and comply with all international import regulations. WendyMignot.com cannot guarantee delivery to final destination as this is contingent upon a given countries import rules and regulations and is at the full discretion the customs bureau. International orders are final sale and are not eligible for return &/or exchange.

Question:
Is it possible to have my authentic Wendy Mignot Fine Pearls + Leather® Jewelry article repaired?
Answer:
We understand that on occasion repairs may be necessary. The need for a repair can be due to normal wear and use over time. Damage may occur accidentally or may be due to not adhering to the recommended Fine Pearls + Leather® Jewelry Care Instructions. In most cases, a repair is due to a lack of Shea butter conditioning of the leather. Repair cost typically ranges from $25-$50 plus the cost of the return shipping. Once an article is received, a repair specialist will contact you with a complimentary repair estimate as the fee is based on the complexity of the repair required. Question:
Do you offer special discounts and promotions? I just placed an order and noticed that a promotion is now being offered. Is it possible to have the special promotion applied to my order?
